This squiggle is done entirely in colored pencil. I used a double split complimentary color scheme. The violet and yellow and the red and green.
I love the tiny wings and the scattered tail feathers. She looks a little worried about flying.

I think she should be a bit worried. But she lives in a very small box, so it won’t hurt her to walk wherever she’s going. I’m liking the way you’re blending the colored pencils. Are you liking this better than using markers with the pencils?
But if you have wings, you always dream of flying.
I can blend much better with pencil than markers, but I like the way markers cover the paper. I’ll just keep working with all of it and maybe someday I’ll be a true multi-media artist.
